Advertising. To the extent we display advertising in our Services, we may allow advertising networks of our affiliates and partner networks to collect information about your mobile device to enable them to serve targeted ads to you. Such mobile device data includes the following:

– Device properties related to screen size & orientation, audio volume and battery;

– Carrier;

– Operating system;

– Name and properties of mobile application through which a consumer interacts with the Services;

– Advertising ID (IDFA on iOS devices and GAID on Android devices).

4. Personal Data Deletion and Closure of Accounts

In addition to any other rights set out in this Privacy Policy, you at any time may direct that Big Cake Ltd delete your Personal Data by accessing the “Delete My Account” button in the applicable Game and following the instructions. Selection of this option will result in closure of your Account and deletion of all of your playing history, purchase information, social media log-in and other information associated with you in connection with the Game. Deletion is irreversible. If you maintain Accounts with multiple Games, you should request closure of each.

Upon receipt of your request, we will comply promptly but please allow some time for processing. We also reserve the right to retain a copy of any Personal Data that we are required by applicable law to retain.

5. How We May Disclose Your Information to Third Parties

Big Cake Ltd. does not share your personal information except as approved by you or as described in this Policy.

6. Specific Provisions for EU Individuals

This section only applies to individuals located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland (collectively, the “Designated Countries”) at the time of data collection.

We may ask you to identify which country you are in when you use or access some of the Services, or we may rely on your IP address to identify which country you are located in. When we rely on your IP address, we cannot apply the terms of this section to any individual that masks or otherwise hides their location information from us so as not to appear located in the Designated Countries. If any terms in this section conflict with other terms contained in this Policy, the terms in this section shall apply to individuals in the Designated Countries.

Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information. Withdrawing Your Consent. Contact us if you would like to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data. Exercising this right will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.

Erasing or Restricting Access to Your Information. You may request to delete or restrict access to your personal data. We may postpone or deny your request if your personal data is in current use for providing Services or for other legitimate purposes, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

Big Cake Ltd. retains your personal data for as long as needed to provide you Services, unless we are required by law to delete or if Big Cake Ltd. accepts your request to delete the information. Big Cake Ltd. transfers certain personal data to the U.S. and participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Big Cake Ltd. is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries and Switzerland, respectively, in reliance on each Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework’s applicable Principles. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Big Cake Ltd. is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. Upon verification of your request, we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to complete the transaction with you, detect security incidents or fraud, fixing errors, exercise free speech or another right provided by law, comply with legal obligations, or other internal and lawful uses.

Right to Opt Out of Sale CCPA gives you a right to direct a business that sells your personal information to stop selling your personal information and to refrain from doing so in the future. We do not sell any of your personal information and will require our service providers not to sell your personal information.
